Your responsibilities

Transport organization of goods shipments and processing of shipping orders worldwide, including export and customs clearance, i.e. Preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documents, taking into account customer- and country-specific shipping and packaging regulations.
You will actively collaborate with external service providers (freight forwarders) and authorities (customs office).
Coordination of transports with our project managers is also part of your responsibilities.
Optimization of existing processes and structures in the shipping and export area, including maintenance of master data.

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, wholesale and foreign trade management specialist, or comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in shipping, logistics, and customs.
Ideally, you possess sound knowledge of foreign trade and have already completed additional training as a customs clearance specialist (not a requirement).
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
You have a confident and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, authorities, and colleagues, as well as strong teamwork skills, while also demonstrating an appropriate level of assertiveness.
You possess an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, demonstrate initiative, and readily take on responsibility.
