Since my training more than 20 years ago, I have been part of the company and have been able to continuously develop over the years. Since my first working day, it has been clear to me: this place is here to stay — and right now, another high-tech machine has just been purchased. Constant optimization, modernization, and investment. Before you even get used to one machine, the next highlight is already in the hall. What hasn’t changed: On Fridays, there’s still the regular team get-together.

For 2 years in the company. My area of responsibility as an IT administrator includes the support and development of the IT infrastructure, user management, network administration, as well as assisting colleagues with technical issues. What I particularly enjoy is the variety of tasks; no day is like the next, and there are always new situations and problems to solve. I am especially motivated by the fact that all employees can work together smoothly from an IT perspective. I also really appreciate the team atmosphere and the good cooperation with my colleagues. Communication is always open, and everyone supports each other. The technical equipment is always modern and up to date. This greatly facilitates my work and that of my colleagues. I find working hours very fair and flexible. They allow for a good balance between work and private life, which significantly increases my motivation and satisfaction. Another point I really value is the development opportunities. Great importance is placed on employees continuing their training and being able to grow personally. I plan to stay with Hack for the long term because I truly enjoy my work and feel valued here.

I am Paul and have been part of the HACK Formenbau team since completing my training as a precision mechanic in 2016. Today, I work in Technical Purchasing and particularly appreciate that I have the opportunity every day to meet new people and that no day is the same. Since 2006 in the company. Since completing my training in 2006, I have been working in the family business HACK Formenbau. All paths were always open to me and this allowed me to grow into the role of Deputy Department Manager in the technical division. What I particularly value is the mutual trust, the broad range of tasks, and the great collaboration within the team.
