HACK varioturnstack^® combines index plate and cube technology.

Servo-electric high-precision rotating units arranged in one or two vertical rows enable a wide range of applications – including in-mold combining of two plastic components as well as additional integrated processes such as in-mold cooling, part removal, or further assembly steps.

The low rotating mass of the units allows for extremely fast rotation times with minimal wear and optimal cooling performance. This technology also provides maximum flexibility in selecting the gating positions, ensuring shortest cycle times paired with outstanding product quality.
